the place was brand-new, fairly clean, had wonderful staff and location. location right by ampang park station. i got free upgrade and loved it. coffee shop in the lobby, convenient.

The breakfast was savoury, views were perfect, ideal location near malls. Service was friendly too. Not to mention free wifi! I loved nearby Bean Brothers, they make nice coffee.

Actually everything was memorable, my next choice again in Kuala Lumpur. I loved this hotel, it was spotless and efficient. The bar was executive and food they serve is delicious. The service was marvellous in my opinion.
